Structured Stewardship.
Independent Oversight.
Long-Term
Foresight.

The FourSite Foundation was established to provide an independent framework that balances two responsibilities: meeting important obligations fairly, and supporting causes aligned with the founder’s values.

Our role is not commercial promotion. It is the careful execution of a defined mandate — carried out with foresight, governance, and integrity.

About Us

Our Genesis

The FourSite Foundation was created to ensure that obligations to individuals connected with prior structures are addressed responsibly, while also advancing commitments to meaningful causes.

Our Purpose

Its framework balances two responsibilities:

  • To address approved claims through a fair and transparent process; and

  • To deliver programmatic commitments that reflect enduring principles of service and resilience.

Our Philosophy

By placing these responsibilities under independent fiduciary oversight, the Foundation ensures that outcomes are not discretionary but governed by structured process and long-term foresight.

Foundational Assets

The FourSite Foundation is underpinned by a portfolio of international infrastructure and energy assets that are indirectly held through interests in a U.S. holding company. The Foundation does not publish project-level details and does not solicit outside capital; this high-level description is provided solely to explain the nature of the underlying platform and its long-term orientation.

Important Note:
We do not accept outside donations. The Foundation’s resources are already established and are distributed only as outlined in its governing documents.

Governance

Governance

Independent Fiduciary Oversight

The FourSite Foundation is governed by a Trust Committee composed of independent fiduciaries. Members act under a formal charter, with authority reserved to them under the trust instrument.

Procedural
Role

The Trust Committee’s responsibilities are deliberately designed to be procedural. Policies and resolutions — such as a claims process policy or evidence policy — guide decision-making and ensure clarity.

Closed
Structure

The Foundation operates as a closed governance structure. It is not open to external contributions. All distributions are made in accordance with the trust instrument and related policies.

Commitments

Stewardship with Foresight

The FourSite Foundation was established to steward long-term structures that balance private and public interests.

Our Commitments Include:

  • Addressing approved claims with transparency and fairness.

  • Delivering designated outcomes in a measured, responsible way.

  • Phased programmatic support for initiatives such as the Special Operators Transition Foundation Inc. (EIN 46-2657728).

Distribution Timing & Expectations

Based on the current development and delivery cadence of the underlying asset platform, initial distributions to approved claimants are anticipated to commence in the 2028 period and thereafter. Actual timing and amounts will depend on milestone completions, counterparties’ performance, regulatory and permitting outcomes, financing and commercial close, and determinations made by the independent Trust Committee in accordance with the governing instrument and related policies.

Programmatic commitments (including phased support for designated U.S. veterans initiatives) are expected to follow a similarly paced schedule aligned to the platform’s progress.

Responsible Outcomes

Our framework ensures that these outcomes are not ad hoc or discretionary but follow a structured, procedural process designed to endure.

Plain Statement

The FourSite Foundation does not solicit or accept donations from the public. Its resources are funded in accordance with its governing instrument and are applied solely toward designated commitments.
